Michael Jackson Style

Are you the fan of Michael Jackson? I’m not the No. 1 fan of Michael Jackson but I’m shock when my friend told me “Michael Jackson” is death. However, I believe many of us grown up listening to Michael Jackson’s music such as ‘Billie Jean’, ‘Bad’ and ‘Beat It’ even though you’re not the fan.

Michael Jackson was not also popular in his elegant ballads to the down and dirty grooves and ecstatic dance hits in the music world. He was a fashion icon as he became much imitated from his hair to his clothes to his break dance. His unique sense of style that truly made him an icon. For me his style of choices always communicated a sense of courage and glamour.

Below are some of his iconic looks that really made Michael Jackson a style icon and drove many fans crazy for him.

To many his life may be over, but Michael Jackson's influence as a style maker will not stop. Below are some of the designer collection influenced by him.

T-shirt and jacket by Givenchy were worn by Michael Jackson.

This Balmain T-shirt was worn by Michael Jackson.

Beyonce Knowles was seen wearing this Balmain jacket recently and it was very fashion forward that made reference to Michael Jackson’s penchant for statement military jackets.

This is an interesting dress by Jean Charles de Castelbajac. Michael Jackson’s status as a fashion icon.

What's a Perfect Match?

Hey! Just like your favourite winter version, dress up yourself with a light blazer for this warm summer. Ideal for layering yourself with Crosstown Jacket, adorable t-shirt and Herringbone Short by Marc by Marc Jacob. A lovely and glamorous layer for weekend! I really fall for this combination. I love the unusual print of the jacket as well as the modern structured button-down notched collar. The cute t-shirt is a great staple. And this sweet sexy short. Isn’t this look amazing?

Who say blazer is only for business wear? Blazer is more than just a jacket. Never look dull with just t-shirt and jean for your weekend!
